DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50 percent or the first night's stay (whichever is greater) are prefered within seven days of placing the reservation.
Deposits are credited to the last night(s) of your stay. You are financially responsible for the entire period of your reservation,
which includes "no shows" and credit cards taken verbally over the phone for deposits on short notice reservations.
There will be no refund for early departure. Reservations will be held until 8:00 AM the day following your scheduled day of arrival.
*CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of your deposit will be made only if notice is received 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
There is a $25 service charge on all cancellations.

Check-out time: 10:30 am
Late Check-out until 1:00 pm: $10 per hour, needs to be prearranged with front desk and
not available June 20 to August 22, and other busy dates
